Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
